Mrs. Wing was born Julie Ann Wagemester on July 30, 1960, in Clinton, Iowa to John, Jr. and JoAnn (Kunde) Wagemester. Allen L. Paulsen, 89, of DeWitt, and formerly of Delmar, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at Fieldstone of DeWitt. She later Lynne Sheckles, 81, of rural DeWitt, Iowa, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023
